Ripped Off and I feel Stupid!

Very satisfied with the salesman, Sean Jones. Great person, great salesman, does not cut ties once he sales you a vehicle, Very trustworthy. Finance on the other hand, not extremely happy with them. The price we agreed on was not the price put on the paperwork. We were told by the finance office that Suntrust required GAP insurance, which was also was NOT required. Haley got another $895 for that. Also thrown in, Theft protection, another $95.00 for Haley Toyota. That is why I have insurance with USAA. The paper work states, plane as day, GAP is not required and will not affect the loan if refused. I noticed this after we got home because the paperwork was pushed so fast for signature. Not done here yet, more to come. So, price out the door that was agreed on, $36,086.00, price financed, $38,581.11, a total of $2495.11. The price that was agreed on was what I was offered at another dealer, but being they did not have the color my wife wanted, we went to Haley. I still have the quote from the other dealer for proof. I am not going to let the die, I feel they owe me for the overage.

On 30 Aug 2016, the Haley Finance Director called me and wanted to talk about the issues. Mr. D Rivera was helpful and my wife and I walked out satisfied and with a new outlook on Haley Toyota. Mr. Rivera, thank you and we have seen a different side of this business and you made it clear, customer being happy with their purchase is your priority.
