Haley Toyota of Richmond

The sales department at Haley was awful. They advertised a price on a vehicle. We called and made an appointment to drive it. After driving it, They raised the price $2000. After numerous emails and phone calls (of which we received no reply) finally was able to reach the sales manager. He said he would look into it for us, then, didn't call back. A day passed and after another call by us, we were told they sold the car. My mother purchased her car from them years ago with a very positive experience, unfortunately, I guess their staff has changed, and will not be getting repeat service from our family or anyone we know. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Very disappointed.
