Sheehy Nissan Manassas

We bought a used Toyota RAV4 from this dealer. The salesman, Mark Clarke, had the vehicle ready from us right after we called. The price was a good bargain compared with similar models. We were able to agree on a price pretty easily and negotiate the trade-in. We had our own financing so we did not have to deal with that. They were reasonable about letting us have our mechanic look at the car, which was in great shape. Sheehy did a great job putting in new tires, battery, and brakes. Bill in the service department has been excellent to work with to repair a few minor issues we identified with the car. The facility is clean (including the bathrooms) and the waiting area is nice. Sheehy processed the sale efficiently, and we got our new title from the Virginia DMV within a couple of weeks. The only minor complaints we would say are 1) reconditioning fee added to the price. This should be built in to the sales price. 2)The immediate games about lowball offer for trade in and showing a confusing table with financing numbers.
