Since John was with another customer, Marcus took care of us, explained the everything about the Jeep Cherokee and took us out for a test drive. He took his time to ensure both my wife and myself fully understood all the functions of the vehicle. Once we were ready to purchase, Michael Kim went out of his way to ensure we got the right financing and rates available. John and Michael ensured that everything was also explained to my wife in Korean so she fully understood the process, financial plans and programs available. John and Marcus even delivered the vehicle to us since we were in a rental and my wife does not have enough experience driving at night. Once delivered, they went above and beyond to explain everything to my wife in Korean while also answering my questions about the vehicle. This was truly a First Class experience.
