They should honor their salesmen's word. We purchased a previous owned Jeep Renegade and when asked if the Renegade had a second set of keys the salesman, Frank said " yes, of course ". Well, at the end of the sale he said he couldn't find them. I asked him why didn't let me know before, he said he thought that they had them. He then promised to check with the parts department. I've never received a call or an email about my second set keys, but have received emails and calls about giving a good review. What about this is right? I find it typical of the same old "say whatever or lie to make the sale". I would not recommend Lindsay Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone, because of this action.
