Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango at Lindsay of Manassas. I had researched the car for over a month and had finally selected the car I was interested in. There was a trim that I was interested in that Lindsay had on their website. I was contacted by an internet sales person, who I ended up knowing from school as I am local to the Manassas area. He stated that he wanted to set up an appointment. He also said he was going to make sure I was taken care of and that we would be able to work out a great deal. I agreed and set up an appointment for 430 on a Tuesday with Kim, the salesperson I had talked to a month ago when I test drove the vehicle. I showed up at my appointment time and guess what no Kim, no internet sales person everyone had the day off. Needless to say this was not a good way to start the process. I should have left and went right to Koons Dodge in Tysons. Jeff, the sales guy I was working with their was much more attentive then any person at Lindsay. I did end up purchasing from Lindsay but only because they held me captive for 5+ hours. They "stole" my trade and padded the price on my Durango. In all fairness I signed the paper work and made the deal so the blame rest on my shoulders. However, I did not have a good feeling leaving the dealership and had serious case of buyer's remorse. I would not recommend Lindsay Dodge to friends and family.
