I was out of town/state for work and he kept me in the loop and communicated via cell and email to iron out all of the kinks. I have damaged credit and they treated me great by making sure that I got the car I wanted and not the one that I had to settle for. The experience at the dealer was equally great as the paperwork was fast and they worked with my schedule. I got caught in traffic and a monsoon rain storm and they were understanding and understanding. Urey was the consummate professional and knew all about the features and specs of the Challenger. A top-notch operation from top to bottom. The Finance manager ever gave me some great advice on repairing my credit and offering an extended warranty to protect my investment.
