Madison Ford

I recently was in the market for a new Ford Edge. I came across a listing on Cars.com for the model I wanted at Madison Ford, but they were 85 miles from my house. I expressed my interest online about the car and was immediately sent an email from the General Manager. Later that day, a salesman, Billy, contacted me to see how he could help. My wife and I are both service members and loathe the car buying experience. I did not want to spend another entire Sunday in a dealership waiting to pay money for my car. I asked Billy if we could do this all over the phone and if the car could be delivered to me - I readily agreed to both! We agreed to a fair price (the car was already heavily discounted by Ford) and we pressed ahead with the purchase. We did it together...Billy never pressured, told half-truths, or tried to entice for more than I was asking for. He was also very appreciative of both me and my wife's service. The car was delivered to our home a few days later by Madison...by the parents of one of the owners!!!! We walked through the paperwork via FaceTime with the finance office and bam - I had a new car! They even worked to get my car tagged and titled in my home state!!! If you need a Ford in Northern Va, I 100% recommend Madison Ford. Ask for Billy!!!!
