Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg

The man makes the dealership! Back in 2009 a friend and I went to Pohanka Honda I believe to look for a "new" vehicle and met Bill Hamilton. Bill took the time to find my needs and he met them. That vehicle he sold me was a 2007 GMC Envoy. Fast-forward to February 2025 and my envoy that I have had since '09 is finally telling me that I need to start looking for a new vehicle. Coincidentally, that very same friend texted me out of the blue to check on me and how I have been doing. I told her that I am getting ready to look for another vehicle, she was amazed that the SUV was still running. But get this, she just finished buying her daughter a used Hyundai from none other than Bill Hamilton. I was floored. So I was able to get in contact with Bill, I saw him on 2/11 and he figured out my needs, showed me several ideas but then found me the perfect match and drove off with a great deal that evening. All of the staff are so nice and don't push you into anything you don't want to do. The dealership has called me twice checking on me and Bill gave me his personal cell phone to contact him for anything ..and I have been. He's been so patient with my questions. I love what I got and will continue to use this dealership with all of my automotive needs. Thanks y'all!
