Let me see, how can I say this gently: They suck. Do you ever feel like some places are so bad that you can't even be mad at them and you just feel sorry for them because they can't help it? Well this is such a place. I'll just list the issues. 1. I had to diagnose a bad steering rack for them after they told me "they all do that". A clunk in the front end of a one year old accord? Really. 2. Delivered it to me "ready to go" with the hood unlatched. 3. No way to give me a rental car. "Even if I pay for it?" "No. I do not have the resources." - Todd. This is stone age. 4.
