I had been looking at several different automobile brands and when I went to Flow Mazda I was blessed to meet Ray Jordan. His knowledge and easygoing manner really impressed me. He was extremely helpful and I could tell that he desired my business. He told me that he had been at Flow for 8 years. As I would like someone that I could count on as an advocate that impressed me. It was good to know that I was speaking with someone who knew the product. Although he didn't know all the answers to all my questions off the top of his head he was very quick in getting answers to me. After researching and determining that Mazda was such a top rated car and speaking with him I decided to buy my CX - 5. After the sale he has been extremely helpful with getting me started in becoming comfortable in my new car. Having beenIn the sales profession all my life I realize that the sales person is the one that makes everything happen. Ray is one of us that gives salespeople a Good name and he truly is a big part of the reason that I gave my business to Flow.
