My wife and I recently purchased a CX-5 Signature from Ray Jordan at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville, VA, and the experience was first rate. This was the first time in my 50 years of buying and driving cars that I found a salesman who really knew his product. I did extensive research on the car and Ray knew that answer to every question I had. He explained all the ins and outs of the car in understandable language and made himself available to answer questions by cell at any time. It was the best car buying experience I can remember.
