Flow Mazda of Charlottesville

After a not so great experience with a more local franchise resulted in my deal with them falling through, I drove the two and half hours to see a similar car at Flow I'd already been discussing with Ray Jordan. Ray had the car washed and cleaned and waiting for me outside the front door of the dealership when I pulled in, where he met me to discuss it. It was exactly the car I had spent the past month looking for and we had a deal made within an hour. I made the drive again the next weekend to take delivery after they'd installed the options I wanted and again my car was waiting for me out front, freshly washed. Ray and the rest of the group at Flow were always pleasant and easy to deal with. They made us feel great about buying the vehicle and that our business was appreciated.
