I just took delivery of my CX-5 GT Reserve a few days ago. I went on several test drives and dropped in a couple of times with random questions over the course of a few months. Ray Jordan was my sales guy. Ray was very helpful during the entire process and applied no sales pressure whatsoever. After purchase, Ray sat with me for well over an hour running through all the functions and features. That was 4 days ago and I just got off the phone with a courtesy call he made. There was no pressure to purchase the add-ons they present you with as you are going through the finance process. Flow Finance gave me copies of information, sample contracts, warranties, etc on the things I told them I would like to research before buying. The only item I bought right then was Edmunds GAP insurance, as I put $0 down, and the Edmunds product was so much more competitively priced than my insurance company's product.
