I began my inquiry with Mike Waters of Honda of Chantilly back in October 2014. When I told him I would not be ready to purchase until December, Mike was respectful of my timeframe. When we did get together to make the deal, he did not pressure me. He asked questions, listened intently, and truly understood my needs (and wants). His offer was fair and, after minimal negotiation, we came together on a deal. Everyone I dealt with (sales, business office, and delivery) was respectful, eager to please, and determined to meet/exceed my expectations. The car is great and the sales and delivery experience were just as great. I'd buy from Mike again.
