Dealership Sales Review
I had a terrible experience today at Acura. I was invited to come in because they wanted to buy my 2024 Acura Integra, but the offer they presented was significantly lower—$5,000-$6,000 less than other competitors. The only positive aspect of my visit was the sales representative, John, who was informative and genuinely tried to get me a better offer. However, after four hours of discussing potential new cars and negotiating with the manager, my time was wasted. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the manager, Samantha, who eventually came to tell us they couldn't improve their offer. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled for wanting a fair deal. It was funny since I was invited in, expecting a reasonable offer due to their low inventory, but instead was treated like I was poor. I will now be selling my car since I no longer want to be tied to their brand any longer, and will no longer ever buy from Acura again. Crazy how one interaction changed me from a potential lifetime customer, to a lifetime hater. Even their direct neighbor, Pohanka Lexus offered 3k more than Acura. I guess Acura doesn't think their car is worth much lol...
