After 13 years with my previous Honda CR-V, it was time for a new one. I came in to inquire about the 2020 Honda CR-Vs and that's when I learned about the hybrid option. They were not yet ready however, so I exchanged emails with Daniel Ing and he kept me updated on the latest developments. He texted me as soon as the first batch came in. I came in the next day, but it wasn't the class, color or budget I wanted. To my surprise he called me a week later and got in the exact car I wanted. I came in that night after work and he worked with me until after closing to make sure I understand all the new features, and all my options for financing. I walked away with a car that night.
