I was in discussion with one their sales reps Ms. Krista Hall. Krista was very courteous and professional with every step of the process. She was very upfront with the price and offers that came along including finance. I had an wonderful experience during all my discussions because of the transparency that was displayed in the details of the buying process. She followed up with me even after 2 months when I had to put the purchase on temporary hold. To that extent very diligent and thorough. That helped me a lot to continue to work with her. However, I would have preferred some room for negotiations either in terms of price reduction or free maintenance for 2 years, or a small fee waiver for switching loyalty from another car manufacturer that I had driven for 20 years, or extended warranty. I must say that she tried her best but there wasn't any room for even a minor negotiation despite my long wait for them to come up with something. The dealership has policies that would not allow her to go beyond what was initially offered. There were other Honda dealerships that were able to provide a small room for negotiation. I purchased with another dealer. I hope the dealership would revisit their strategy for negotiations and arm their sales reps with small and just enough negotiating room that could be the tipping point between a deal or no deal.
