Immediately greeted by Alaaldin upon parking. I explained it was working with multiple Jeep dealers and was focused on becoming educated on new Jeep models. He took the time to teach vice push a sale. He focused on putting kindness first, sales second. I left with some numbers and continued to shop around. I went back and completed a purchase with him because out of all dealers, he was the most personable, knowledgeable and actually cared that I was happy. He stated that a vehicle is just a thing...a good experience with a potential customer is what matters and he lived by that. Amazing expirence. Post purchase paperwork was done with Justin Kim who was equally as personable, professional and just really made the expense perfect. There was not a single thing I would change about my purchase. Both Justin and Alaaldin were top tier and absolutely impeccable in every aspect of their job.
