DISHONEST DEALER! We recently purchased a car from Virginia Auto Trader Co. Huge mistake. We went through the USAA buying service and thought that somehow that gave the dealership some level of credibility. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The dealership LIEDabout making a repair on the vehicle. Consequently, the car did not pass inspection (they ensured and has significant and costly problems. We contacted the General Manager, Jafar Rafai, to discuss the issue and give the dealership a chance to make the situation right. After 2 conversations, he committed to getting back to us about the issue the next day by 1pm. Four days and counting and still no call back. Since then we have learned that they even LIEDabout changing the oil in the car. What kind of dealership doesn’t bother to change the oil in a car they are selling and then lies about it? The scumiest kind. This dealership clearly has no integrity will stoop to the lowest levels of deceit to sell a vehicle that has significant issues. Potential buyers…do yourself a favor and run away from this dealership (or any R&R Automotive Group, Inc. company owned by Sadique Sultany)as fast as you can.
