DISHONEST DEALER
by Hymel on 05/13/2019DISHONEST DEALER! We recently purchased a car from Virginia Auto Trader Co. Huge mistake. We went through the USAA buying service and thought that somehow that gave the dealership some level of credibility. That couldn’t be further from… the truth. The dealership LIEDabout making a repair on the vehicle. Consequently, the car did not pass inspection (they ensured and has significant and costly problems. We contacted the General Manager, Jafar Rafai, to discuss the issue and give the dealership a chance to make the situation right. After 2 conversations, he committed to getting back to us about the issue the next day by 1pm. Four days and counting and still no call back. Since then we have learned that they even LIEDabout changing the oil in the car. What kind of dealership doesn’t bother to change the oil in a car they are selling and then lies about it? The scumiest kind. This dealership clearly has no integrity will stoop to the lowest levels of deceit to sell a vehicle that has significant issues. Potential buyers…do yourself a favor and run away from this dealership (or any R&R Automotive Group, Inc. company owned by Sadique Sultany)as fast as you can. by CynthiaB on 05/05/20185+ stars across the board for Virginia Auto Trader, service, professionalism, being truthful and real with you (no put-ons or cliche sales pitch talk here!) and I cannot emphasize enough how over and above they go to get you financed. I was… turned down by numerous places that advertised that they could help with bad credit. I wish I would have gone here right from the start. Mehdi was very resourceful and honest in helping with the process, and the finance manager stellar in his efforts and being thorough (and charmingly polite). Just got the car today and I cannot be happier, and will always go to them from now on, and will send my daughters there when they go to buy. Love this place so much, no exaggeration, believe me!Dishonest business

I have experienced issues a week after buying vehicle and have been calling and showed up however the owner is avoiding me. He looked me in my eyes and told me beacuse of his… relationship with God, he makes sure to treat people with integrity. That was a lie. He sold me a bad car knowing how bad it was.Great Experience at Vaatco

I'm young and trying to get my credit right and that was no problem for them. I couldn't afford the Jeep Wrangler I saw , however I did get… the Nissan Murano Crosscab. (I love by the way). I instantly felt like family when I walked in. They are super friendly, and very very professional and they know they're stuff. From the time I first got there to the time I left I felt confident and appreciated and well thought about through the whole thing. My sister will be next to get a car and trust we will be back. I can't forget they got me the best interest rate and the gap insurance like I asked. They're just awesome. Great job guys never stop being amazing.Excellent Experience

The customer service is outstanding and everything was very clearly explained. We were able to purchase a vehicle within our… price point and that is an excellent value for money.
