From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the customer concierge, my Car buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I was quickly introduced to Javier Flores (sales consultant), who listened carefully to my vague description of what I was looking for... and then found The car I came for! Unlike virtually every other dealership I've ever visited, there was no "hard sell", no push to up-sell, etc. Javier was a gentleman throughout the entire process and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed about every single detail regarding about the vehicle and the price for the vehicle . As a side note - while I was there, Javier was also occasionally fielding calls to help out a previous customer, an elderly gentleman who was having problems with his car that had broken down on the side of the road. I overhered The conversation with AAA and Javier to get it squared right away! And he advise the elderly man to come in and he will assist him in a rental while his car gets take care of! that he got involved for the elderly man! I was shocked and I was impressed with his willingness to help someone beyond the scope of his job. I only hope that when I'm in my 80's and having trouble, someone like Javier Flores will go out of his way to help me. From the customer concierge, to Javier Flores the sales consultant, to the sales manager, the general manager (who stopped in to introduce himself) and on through to the business manager and the product specialist (who taught me how to use the many amazing features on my new vehicle), my experience at Merlex Auto Group. Walter has been a pleasure and a delight. They all - with Javier in particular - certainly get my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a fine automobile.
