Looking at other bad reviews, it appears there is a culture here of bad business practices. My visit was fairly uneventful, but not good either. 1. There was no parking. 2. They appraised my trade using a website that I could have done myself. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving to their lot had I known they were going to offer less than LOW AUCTION price on my car 3. They couldn't find the key to the car I was interested in. 4. They knew I was out of town and on my way and didn't have the car I was interested in ready for a test drive. It was blocked in and again they couldn't find the key! 5. They left me standing around wasting and being disrespectful towards my time while they "Looked for the lost keys" and "Assessed my trade value". They were doing neither as far as I could tell. They probably knew where the key was and after wasting my time I saw them load the "Appraisal" website up and type in my car's information. Offer was $18k for a car that AUCTIONS for $20k on the LOW side! Car was in excellent clean condition. Should have traded for $22-24k. Overall, I don't trust this dealership. I'd suggest staying away. The only positive thing I can stay is they didn't harass me when I didn't buy their car or trade. [review of experience at another dealership removed]
