The experience I had with Merlex was the moment of truth,As having worked in the customer relations for over 30 plus years this small franchise of used cars has raised the bar on customer satisfaction, management has gone over and above!!!!! Thanks to Walter and service manager Bola! I wok highly recommend his place to anyone that is in he marke for a nice Highly car! You can not judge a book by its cover! I saw some bad reviews and it scared me until I went in there and it felt like the right place from the jump!
