I contacted the dealership through USAA's car buying service and received a quick response from Hassan. He was very amicable and accommodating when scheduling a test drive. While at the dealership, he was responsive to questions and proactive. After I bought the car, he was very responsive and made sure everything was completed for my vehicle registration, the tags were sent to my house, and USAA received all the paperwork they needed (5 Stars!). Deborah, the finance director, however was officious and made the paperwork process irritating. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, the temporary tag paperwork was incorrect and I waited about an hour for them to try to fix it. They also only left me 1/3 of a tank of gas. Maybe I'm expecting too much... but a full tank of gas would have been a nice gesture for doing business with them. Update: Robert, the sales manager, contacted me about the issues and offered a car detailing from their service department. Even though the buying process had been complete for over a month, he still wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They really care about their reputation which leads to a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Select Auto Imports, and especially Hassan.
