Passport MINI of Alexandria
Dealership Sales Review
I want to express how very disappointed I am in in this dealership and especially with the sales person, Mike Hannon. I went to Passport to purchase a Mini on limited time. I expressed interest in purchasing a car. Mike Hannon then began calling, texting, and emailing me and then threated to sell the car out from underneath me if I didn't get back to the dealership to do the paperwork. We agreed on a price and he promised that the tax, title and plates would be included in the total cost that he quoted and also a full tank of gas. Mike Hannon kept none of his promises. Mike Hannon also neglected to inform me that I had to bring a cashiers check or set up a wire transfer. This man cost me an 2 entire days running to the dealership, and multiple emails and calls, and a trip to the bank that was completely unnecessary (when all I had to do was run the down payment through my card). After the purchase, I then found out that Mike Hannon did not keep his word on the warranty information that I would receive upon purchasing a certified pre-owned. I made a trip to the dealership to speak with the manager and was promised a call back (he was unavailable), another sales person promised to get back in touch with me also to make sure that I received the second key to the car and an owners manual. To this day I have yet to receive a call back from the manager, a second key to the car, or the owners manual. I have had numerous people compliment me on my car and I just can't bring myself to recommend this dealership due to the way I was handled. This dealership and Mike Hannon have absolutely no integrity.
