I just bought a new car. Nancy's selection was decent for on the lot options. Timeliness of email was very good. Initial reach out was confusing with three different t people. I had to ask for clarification on who should I be talking to. I was not 100% on a car when I arrived but the salesman only showed me one car out of the three I was considering until I said something. The trade in process was an annoying game and under offer its worth. Finance was easy and comprehensive working with our numbers. Some bumps in the road but over all good experience service is welcoming and from my partners experience is MUCH better than the Toyota place in Chittenden County. Totally worth the drive up north.
