Handy Toyota

Had been taking my Toyota Venza to Handy for servicing.. This was my second Venza. This vehicle had a problem with the master cylinder. The first time it was a problem, it was replaced free of charge by Toyota. About a year later, the master cylinder again needed to be replaced. I was not aware that the dealership replaced it at their expense and not Toyota. That was great. Recently and about a year after the previous master cylinder had been replaced, I was experiencing problems with my brakes again so I called the dealership to check it out. An hour before my appointment, the service manager called me and said he didn't want to see me ever again and they would not do business with me again. All I wanted was for them to check out the problem. If it was the master cylinder again and he explained they could not replace it again for free, I would understand. He would not speak to me and refuses to speak to me and answer my calls. I called the owner of Handy Toyota(The service managers father by the way) and he refuses to answer my calls. I don't think this is a good way to do business. I would never recommend them. The get mad at you and tell you to get lost and they don't even want to talk it out.
