Jesse was my agent from my first contact with Handy Toyota. He was always prompt and got the deal as he was first to let me know - other dealer waited until Monday, Jesse called me as soon as he saw the exact RAV4 Prime show up on his screen. This was a long process but Jesse was very responsive throughout the multi months it took to get the exact RAV4 Prime we were looking for. Pickup process was smooth and comprehensive as well. Jamie and Dennis were clear and prompt in our discussions as well. Overall, a real pleasure to deal with the Handy Toyota team. For me, this is especially important as I have had multiple bad sales experiences at several different Toyota dealers. Handy Toyota in St Albans has consistently (we looked but did not buy in 2016) been the exception to my otherwise bad experiences with other Toyota dealers through the years. Looking forward to working with them in their service department.
