Yeah I don’t think so , I firmly believe that if you acting as a general manager on behalf of the dealership had any integrity at all , you personally would have picked up the phone and called me to apologize for the sub par service and apologize for the rudeness that the technician showed my daughter when she picked it up then you would have refunded the money that you charged for fixing the tire the first time. As a jester for my inconvenience of bringing it back. As I see it I paid to fix a leak on a tire but it wasn’t fixed, the service manager said bring it back and let us fix it. My daughter sat in your waiting room for almost 3 hours and the the technician was rude. So of course I complained , and now I have 2 responses one of 2 weeks and one of 2 months telling me that if I want to discuss it further to call you. NO Hell NO is that really the McGee family dealerships idea of customer service , I dare you to to show me that you want my business, or why in the world would I ever go back to you. Again I dare you to call me [contact info removed] and make a believer out me. I don’t believe that have any interest in a short conversation and or sacrificing 35 dollars for not fixing a tire to earn future business and speak highly about your service, I tell this story and bash you folks every chance I get . Good day
