onI truly feel taken advantage of. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have purchased three cars from this dealership. Yesterday, I was told I needed a thermostat replacement. Trusting the team, I approved the charges without knowing the full extent of the work. The job was completed in under two hours, yet I was billed over $1,000 in labor alone—amounting to more than $500 per hour. It’s incredibly disappointing to see loyalty mean so little. I had every intention of continuing to buy and service my vehicles here for years to come. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded that trust. I hope the inflated labor charge was worth losing a lifelong customer.
