This is how a new car purchase should work. We negotiated an agreeable price up front without having to go through any of those games a lot of dealers like to play. Your price was the second best we could find with a thorough search all over the west. The only one cheaper was far up in northern Idaho and we didn't want to go that far. Even though you had a Jeep on the lot exactly matching the one we wanted Jenn just made an off-hand suggestion to go with that one. But when we said we wanted to order one instead, she replied "no problem". There was no pressure at all for us to commit to that specific vehicle. You were willing to wait for us to come to get the vehicle when we were ready even though it sat on your lot for several weeks. And it was ready and waiting in great shape when we did finally show up. The full tank of gas and the included wheel locks were a very pleasant surprise as well. We didn't have to worry about getting a lock on that spare tire ASAP after all. A special thanks to Jenn for the quick return with a good price and the special bow added to the car. It made for a special Birthday. And thanks so much for not pestering us with constant emails and phone calls. It gave us time to digest all the information and prices we were looking at. Some of the dealers we emailed were far too pushy, calling and emailing constantly asking why we haven't come down to the dealership. That approach quickly turned us off. Jenn was an absolute no nonsense, no push person to deal with. We really, really appreciated that. And a thanks to Charles for spending so much time showing us how everything works and how to drive 4WD. Having never driven a Wrangler before, it was nice to have that introduction. He clearly loves these little cars. We wish we lived nearby so we could try your service department as well.
