Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC

Had a pleasant expeiance at your dealership, however have been disapointed that a few things have fallen through the cracks. we asked for the arches license plates as we do not like to advertise for a private enterprise, but got the ski utah plates anyway. we ordered seat extenders and were assured they would be in in two days, and we would be called when they arrived. no call. we had to call after a week to find that they were there. we asked the same gentleman to look into a spray in bed liner for the truck, and an under the bed tow hitch on the reccomendation of your finance guy. Still waiting. (Our new spray in bed liner looks great the other guys were very accomidating, got it done the next day after I called them). I am sure the same will happen when I call on the Hitch. Guess you guys made more money on the truck than I thought and are not interested in the add ons.
