onMy 2011 Forester lost its transmission at 61,000 miles with no hint that it was going out. Had it towed to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown after consulting Subaru of America. Brad in Service had it examined and submitted paperwork to Service Manager who contacted Subaru of America. Subaru paid for a one time install of a new transmission saving me thousands of dollars I really couldn't afford.
