Dealership Sales Review
I put down $1,000.00 and traded in my Jeep for an Armada and I loved it. I was told I would hear back from the dealership within a few days to see if they could get me approved or not. A few days went by and no reply. Of course. So two days later I went to the dealership to see what was going on. They couldn't get me approved for the Armada but they could get me approved for a new car. They said it would take a couple days to find out what the terms would be, so I took my Jeep back until then. Well when the guy brought my Jeep to the front, he also greeted me with an invoice of all the maintenance repairs they did to my Jeep. RED FLAG!!! They claim that they had to replace the brakes (I had the brakes replaced less than 3 months before the trade in) and a few other things. When I complained they actually told me that I couldn't do anything about it because I had signed a Power Of Attorney form when we went over the financing papers and that stopped me from disputing anything. I found out that I had two choices. 1- I could walk away with my Jeep and have to pay over $800.00 in repairs they did to my Jeep, and lose my $1,000.00 down payment. 2- I could let them keep the Jeep and still use that $1,000.00 towards a new car. The problem is that I would be financing about $30,000.00. So, do I lose $1,800.00 and have my Jeep, or put myself $30,000.00 in debt? I walked out with my Jeep and came straight home to write this review. THESE GUYS ARE [violative content deleted]
