Oil change..tire rotation…young ford Morgan…

Took 3 hrs to complete…absolutely a big joke..told them when I dropped it I needed it Quick…I can handle 1 hr but 3 was a joke..called them at 2.5 hrs…said 30 minutes..still took them another 15 mins..thank god for Stewart the salesman was there..to apologize for dealer…he mentioned to me he even checked on it and mentioned I needed it..the service department is a Joke..get Nate and Keri…back up there..
