We have been at your showroom multiple times checking out the new vehicles in anticipation of replacing one of our existing vehicles. Every time we came in we were treated with courtesy and respect. We had dealt with Ron Butcher in the past so we almost always sought him out. He is extraordinary in his knowledge of the vehicles you have at your dealership but also very knowledgeable about all vehicles. When we purchased our 2014 Edge two weeks ago we were not even planning to buy a vehicle that day but Ron made the deal so sweet that we couldn't pass it up. I love the Edge. It is easy to get in and out of for me and handles so beautifully I think I've died and gone to heaven. Sometimes my husband even gets to drive it. Ron knew all about the electronics in the vehicle, and I'll admit it was quite daunting at first. He walked us through all the details and made it just plain fun. When we took it in for the undercoating and leather and paint treatments it was so easy. No hassle. And the color is the BEST! We have taken our vehicles to your dealership to have service done on them for several years now and we have almost always dealt with Cody in your service department. He is exceptional. It would be much easier to go to the Ford dealer close to where we live but we have never seen service like you folks provide and are never treated better than when we are at Kenley Ford.
