I had an outstanding experience with Ed Kenly Ford, specifically with Mike Whicker. I was a walk-on and Mike was low pressure, allowing me to decide if I liked the truck or not and while the truck was not initially overpriced, he was still responsive and supportive in meeting me on selling price and my trade-in value. I was able to leave without any pressure or browbeating and with 2 quick texts, we had a deal. The next business day, I was in and out in just over an hour (filling application and sales/registration docs) with a truck I love. Finance was easy and there was no hard press for upsell or dealer-installed features I don't want. Smoothest vehicle purchase out of ~20 vehicles I've owned.
