Excellent emergency service

As I went to leave work I found out I had a flat tire. I tried going to a local chain tire shop, but they didn’t have the tire that wanted. I called MINI of Clear Lake (where I bought my car) and spoke with Chip Chappee. Because it was at the end of the day I knew I would have to leave the car. To make matters worse, my wife had wrecked her car earlier that morning, so dropping off the car would mean neither of us had a way to get home other than expensive Uber rides. Chip was understanding of the situation and found me a loaner car to use until my car was done the next day. We are very grateful for the customer service I received from Mr. Chappee and will gladly continue to bring my car to Clear Lake for service in the future.
