I have visited VW service department several times. During my scheduled and unscheduled visits they provided great service. The staff is professional and friendly. Tiffany is awesome. She has a great personality and does her best to provide you with a loner that meets your expectations and also provide updates on your vehicle. They take care of your vehicle and return it with a courtesy wash. This service departments staff takes pride in their job.
