Excellent service department experience at VW of Waco

My first experience with the service department at VW of Waco was a good one. It's not difficult to sense a tense, PLASTIC atmosphere permeating less-than-'honorable' auto dealerships, and VW of Waco had no such forced, PUT-ON vibe(s). My Service Writer (Beth) was great, as was every employee I encountered.
