Dealership Service Review
I’ve always received great service at Autonation but this last visit was terrible. I dropped the truck at the time of my appointment but the service writer I’d been scheduled with was not in yet turning a quick drop off into an hour wait. When I returned for the vehicle after receiving a text stating it was ready, all service writers were too engaged in other activities to assist. I waited another hour for anyone to take my payment and provide a receipt. The employees were not working during this time. They were talking either in groups or standing outside smoking. The workers did not wish to assist and the environment felt like I was at the department of public safety waiting for a license without an appointment. Customers were not the priority.
