We were very pleased and impressed by our sales consultant, Chris Ferrante. He was extra courteous and used a non-pressure soft sales approach. This made our purchase a very easy and pleasant experience. We were also pleased with the new car sales manager and used car manager allowing Chris to handle our negotiations. This purchase is our forth Nissan and we are looking forward to further having an extended relationship with Fred Haas Nissan.
