Overall a good experience. The dealership had a wide selection of my interested vehicle which was narrowed down (on line) to a couple. The salesman was knowledgeable, efficient & likable. After the test drive a decision was made. The trade-in/negotiation was fair & honest. After that is when this transaction went from 5 stars to 4 stars. The wait to close with the financial guy was excruciatingly long & I do mean excruciating. The salesman (bless his heart) was apologetic but a transaction that should have taken only a couple of hours took all afternoon to early evening. My understanding was there was a staffing issue. All in all it was a good experience & I would recommend this dealership.
