AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring
Dealership Service Review
Unprofessional and inefficient service department. We have been a customer of Spring Dodge in the past, but never again. We desperately needed their help today with what seemed to me to be a very simple question that any knowledgeable Dodge service tech should know: Where is the sticker with the serpentine belt diagram located under the hood of a 2006 Dodge 3500 diesel truck? There is no sticker under the hood of our truck that we can find. We have even tried to buy a Chilton or Haynes manual and cannot find one even online for this model truck. Everyone online says: call the dealer, they can easily print one out. NOT SPRING DODGE. They have NO idea where the sticker is, will not print a diagram, and after leaving me on hold for over 15 minutes, made it clear that they are "far too busy" for me. Yah, I am busy too. And, I have been a good customer in the past and I really needed their help today. I will NEVER be back. I expect a relationship with my dealer that I can depend on. After 19 years of owning ONLY Dodge trucks and dealing with dealerships all over the Austin, San Antonio, and Houston areas, I can unequivocally say that I have never seen such apathy or unprofessionalism.
