AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring
Dealership Service Review
I purchased a town and country minivan from Spring Chrylser Jeep Dodge about 1 year ago. Shortly after I bought it, the driver side trim panel started to peel off (held on by 2-sided tape). I brought it in to be inspected, they agreed to cover under warranty and they ordered parts. The new panel lasted a few months before it too started to loosen. I brought it in again, as they wouldn't order parts based on what I said over the phone, and they agreed that it was separating, hitting the front fender and shouldn't be that way. Again, they ordered parts and had me bring it in again. This time, after about 2 hours of being at the dealership, they informed me that the part was not painted. They had the part painted and I brought the vehicle back again. This time they installed it, but it was the wrong color! It was suggested that I call prior to bringing the vehicle back again to make sure that they were ready for it. On the day I called, my normal service advisor was sick, so I was handed off to a gentleman that was quite rude and who hung up on me when I asked for his name. I called to complain to the service manager and was called back. During our conversation, he apologized and then asked my current mileage. Upon hearing the mileage, he recommended having a normal service done. Based on our conversation, I believed that he was offering a complimentary service as an apology for the poor service and having to make 6 trips to resolve the issue. I had recently changed my oil, so I would not normally have had service at this point in time. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged for the service. Upon questioning the service manager, he stated that it was never his intention to pay for the service. I believe him, as it shows the level of service at this dealership......They take a year to fix something, they are rude, and they lie to make sure that they get more money out of you. I will not use this service department again.
