AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring

I purchased my Ram truck at Spring Dodge in the fall of 2003. At that time I was told that if all my service was completed at that location, I would receive free tires when it was time to replace them. They used a flimsy loophole to renege on that promise (one tire rotation was done at 7,000 miles instead of 6,000). I was also given a Chrysler/Dodge booklet that said I would receive free towing until my truck had 70,000 miles. When I had a blowout about a mile from the dealership, they told me to call the 800 number and they would tow me in for free and they would change the tire. When I called the number they gave me, the man said the tow would be $63.00! I called my own service provider and paid $45,00 to have the tire changed. I would never do business with this dealership. They do not honor agreements.
