AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring

Dealt with salesperson, Valente, for TWO DAYS. He wasn't working on my deal like he said he would so I contacted the Sales Manager, Willie Byrd. Willie took overand sent my information to my credit union that I was already approved with for funding. The credit union had only had the information for FIFTEEN MINUTES when Valente called to tell me that they are selling it to someone else. I tried to call and talk to management to see how this could even happen and they will not accept my call. They never called to apologize nor did they rescind they documents sent to my credit union. I called the credit union and hour later and they had no idea about what happened and were still processing my paperwork. TERRIBLE experience and establishment. I'm shocked that anyone purchases from this dealership.
