Very good sales, less so on finance side

So far so good. I purchased a 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk. Hubert, my sales rep, was very patient and helpful. The only glitch in the process was getting timely information on finance and knowledge of a Chrysler incentive on that end. But a good experience on that.
