AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring

For those wishing to purchase a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicle in the greater Houston area, you can do no better than doing business with retired Col. Larry C. at Spring AutoNation. Having retired from service at the Pentagon, Col. C. came home to Texas to do what he's done his whole life: serve. He only works with USAA buyers, and as a military man himself, has great empathy for military/former military and great knowledge about the USAA buying process. I sorta ran him through the mill; he gave me a great price on a 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland in exactly the color and interior I wanted, but I wanted a V6 and not a V8 … then he found me a 2014 Overland — again, exactly the color and interior I wanted AND a V6 — but it had a CD player in the center console (between the seats) and I really needed the storage space there, and don't use CDs in the car anyway, just my iPod. So he located a THIRD vehicle for me, in just my choice of colors and features … and as Goldilocks said, "This time it's just right!" Col. C. was completely unflappable and focused on my buying the right vehicle the whole time; the most patient man in the world! By far, the best buying experience EVER.
